Okay, so after being sick for the last 5 days I'm back in the swing of things. I just did 8 minutes of a 10 minute work out video. Ugh. I'm so out of shape. But I am going to go walking this evening, so maybe that will make up for the 2 minutes I didn't do.
I'm having a harder time giving up Diet Coke than I thought I would, but I haven't had one yet today - yay me!
I hate working out. But the good news is that I think my appetite is going down. Maybe that's from being sick, or maybe it's from portion control, I don't know. I don't care. It helps.
Current Weight: 203 lbs.
This week's goal: Under 200 lbs.
Summer goal: 175 lbs.
